03Questions

Common questions

What does a preventative maintenance visit include?

We go over each machine with a multipoint checklist: running belt and deck, drive and motor, electronics and console, cables and pulleys, frame and hardware, and cleaning and lubrication where the manufacturer calls for it. Then we review what we found with you.

How often should fitness equipment be serviced?

It depends on the equipment and how hard it works. A busy commercial gym needs checks more often than a home treadmill. We build the schedule around your equipment and how much it gets used.

Do you offer maintenance plans for home gyms?

Yes. We offer plans for commercial and residential equipment. Our technicians are background-checked and carry PA Act 34 and Act 151 clearances.

What happens if you find a problem?

We review it with you. If a machine needs a repair, we can take care of it: we service all brands and are authorized for warranty work on 15+ manufacturers.
